Set up CI with Azure Pipelines

Fix for #4.

This includes the fix to tests in #33 and sets up automatic build/test/release with Azure Pipelines.

Here is an example of how it would look like.

Should we use GitHub actions instead?

GitHub Actions seems like the ideal solution. I probably won't get to setting it up in the coming weeks, so I'd be happy to add this until I or someone else setup Actions.
