[Bug] Bluepill fails to upload test video to simulators

Bluepill fails for some reason to upload the video configured in video-paths configuration.

<workspace_path>/build/bazel/output_bazel/execroot/__main__/
bazel-out/darwin-dbg/bin/<XYZ>_xcscheme.sh.runfiles/__main__/bp_exec_root/./
Testing/SimulatorResources/test_video.mov, 
error message: Error Domain=PHPhotosErrorDomain Code=-1 "(null)"

I did not get a chance to look into this. On the other hand, I did not hear from anyone who might be using this feature and neither do we use it actively. I hope I will get to prioritize this bug fix or stumble upon a resolution or get the courage and approval to clean it up. 🤞
