[Feature Request] fromLocalToOutput converter method went missing

Hi, on version alpha & beta, fromLocalToOutput was exposed by Converter interface, it was actually very useful because we do not need to make a conversion operation inside sourceOfTruth's reader lambda anymore. By going to 5.0.0 version it was missing Describe the solution you'd like Unless you found any side effects in this bunch of code, would it be possible to roll it back again?
