Global Text Styling

This is related to #35

Reformat selected text anywhere¹ through a Irregular Expressions option in the floating text selection menu.

• Opt-in feature to be enabled in settings.
• Tapping on that option creates a floating menu containing buttons with the styles.
• Decoded input should be cached in order to change the style multiple times.

If possible: Option to change whether the styles menu is horizontal (default) or vertical.
