RoboVM plugin slows down Android Studio 4.1

After fixing the plugin compatibility issue with the latest canary releases of Android Studio 4.1 (see issue #479, it appears that the RoboVM plugin installation slows down AS and the running app : during a desktop run, the app FPS decreases from 60 to 30.

Reproduction steps/code

download the idea-2.3.10-SNAPSHOT plugin apply the manual fix for Android Studio 4.1 (issue #479) install this plugin in Android Studio 4.1 Canary 10

Build Tools:

  • [X ] IDEA plugin

Versions:

  • Robovm: 2.3.10-SNAPSHOT
  • Android Studio 4.1 canary 10

EDIT : THIS SEEMS FIXED IN ANDROID STUDIO 4.2 CANARY 1 !

To fix the AS slowdown, disable the plugin is not sufficient. It must be uninstalled.
