"Open controller settings" link in the controller column not working if controller not present

Describe the bug Clicking the "link" icon after controller name in Connector opens the "Mobiflight Modules" setting dialog with the controller in question selected. When the config refers to a controller that is not presenin the system, this link does nothing.

Steps To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a config that refers to an arduino you have disconnected
2. Click on "open controller settings" link
3. Nothing happens

Expected behavior The link should probably open the "MobiFlight Modules" dialog even when that exact controller is missing.
