[Redesign] Review startup messages

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We have a couple of messages and popups that are coming up during start up of the MobiFlight app.

Describe the solution you'd like I want to have a clear concept how to integrate these messages in the new UI

Messages:

• Welcome dialog, Release notes, on first start after installation or upgrade
• WASM module update, on first start after installation or upgrade
• Community Feedback, on first start after installation or upgrade, when user has not yet opted-in
• Firmware update message box
• Compatible board message box
• HubHop Update, if older than 7 days
