[FEATURE] Use Mob Security Framework without internet access.

Is your feature request related to a problem?. We need to access all offline features of Mobsf for scanning apks and ipas. Our team works on a restrictive environment, so accessing external services or uploading data outside the confinement of a pod is impossible.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to be able to use mob-sf without needing internet connection to scan the packages, missing a few features is acceptable if the core functionality is available.

Maybe a environment variable to configure the app to not use any external services.

Describe alternatives you've considered No alternative considered so far. Additional context Not having this feature is a showstopper for teams under high restricted networking.
