How to set the default language to Arabic in that

Hi, I am Ashutos. I am having some doubts regarding my app is having both languages now I want to change my default language to Arabic, For now, it 1st time showing in English but how I can change that when somebody changes from setting then only it needs to change to English else not. Please help me to fix this issue thanks...

Make your Base Language as Arabic(ar) and then set the other language as English(en).
