Monday morning (no data) should display last week instead

I plan to ask people to fill data every day with a frequency you can define (eg: every at noon, 5pm, 9pm etc). Meanwhile, before the $frequency threshold, if there is no data for the current week, we should show last week data instead of empty week.

Note: Screentime for example don't have this problem as you always have data, at least the current minute session you are in (since you opened your app to see screentime data).
