A config tool that the player can run to change the language and switch between PAL/NTSC

The idea would be to have an executable in the dolphin folder that allow the players to automatically download the different translation and replace the files of the pack.

Problems / Challenges:

  • We can't replace the subtitles of the videos.
  • The PAL version is using completely different texture hashes for the texts, menus (and 3d models?)
