Resident evil 2 delay between transitions

After installing HD pack + SHDP 2.0 I have 2sec delay between transitions when the camera angle change. I tried to remove the Hires backgrounds but the delay is still here, the classic rebirth didn't have any problem. I also have seamless version of RE1 and RE3 and everything is fine and smooth.

Do you have any ideas why I'm getting this with RE2?
