Add a license to the project

Hi! I'm looking to add a license to Azayaka, namely GPLv3, and am requesting previous contributors to agree to (re-)license their contributions under said GPL. I think you should be able to leave a pull request review on here (otherwise a reply is also OK). I'll merge the changes once everyone is on board, so if you have any comments or disagree with the choice of license, please let me know ^^

My contributions can go under GPL v3.

The standard license for the Swift community seems to be much more permissive, e.g., Apache (which even Apple uses) or MIT.
