[Feature Request] Custom text selection action

HI! How about instead of all the battery optimization exceptions for monitoring clipboard, one could use the new API for custom text actions as an option? Like Wikipedia or translation apps. Some info here: https://medium.com/androiddevelopers/custom-text-selection-actions-with-action-process-text-191f792d2999 This would make it possible to trigger a PGPClipper action on selected text, without it actually monitoring the clipboard :smile:
