Make the 'stream settings' box only show if you are a moderator in the channel.

What should be added? Make this option only show if you are a moderator in the channel. No point in having it show on channels you aren't modded in.

Why should it be added?

Could confuse people thinking they have mod permissions. Also just cleans up the menu by removing an option that you can't use (if you aren't a mod)

I think you can be an editor without being a moderator. I'll make sure to test this :)
