How to visualize the co-occurrence network?

Thanks for you great work For me, i am really impressed by the visualization of the co-occurrence network and i want to know how to generate a network like the one you mentioned in LeoPart paper

For example. i have a medical dataset and after trained, i want to visualize it so that each node in the tree-struture network links to an masked-attention image it is just like the figure 5 in LeoPart paper
