Can't find device in HomeApp

WI-FI connected is OK，IP：192.168.1.108 but when I adding the device to my home, I cannot find the device in Home App. I confirmed that my iPhone and my HomePod are connected to the same Wi-Fi. The monitor said: Free heap: 37104, HomeKit clients:0 Free heap: 37104, HomeKit clients:0 … The free heap seemed like a fixed number.

I tried to use my phone Hotspots, connected my iPhone and HomePod to the Hotspots and changed the SSID and password in Arduino. I found and paired the device in Home App successfully. It worked very well.
