docs: threadit.js example doesn't work at all

The threadit.js example at https://raw.githack.com/MithrilJS/mithril.js/master/examples/threaditjs/index.html doesn't work at all, only a white screen is shown.

Mithril.js version:

It seems like https://threaditjs.com/ is down. I could not find any other resources or a SCM url. Therefore, we should just remove the example.
