The mod's been handed off to a maintainer, and a 1.10.2 version is available at https://github.com/Growlith1223/ArsMagica2

There's also a 1.11.2 port at https://github.com/TheIcyOne/ArsMagica2/tree/1.11.2, although that would require you to build it from source yourself.
