1.10.2 lightning guardian not spawning

Using version 1.5.0-18 (using all the mods modpack) Tried many times for hours to spawn the lightning guardian, he just won't spawn How to reproduce: go about spawning the guardian as you normally would

"as you normally would" can be very different depending on versioning, could you provide more accurate details of your setup, possibly with screenshots?

I'm not sure if using a command to start rain is the problem, but in the picture you can see the setup as its described in the arcane compendium. (i tried all the different kinds of etherium to see if that was the problem as well, no luck)

Isn't this a 1.10 issue? There's another github for 1.10 versions of AM2 as there is a new author working on it. I'd suggest you search there.
