[Feature Request] Witchwood Trees

Hey!

I think it would be really nice, if there was a config option to disable/decrease/increase the generation of Witchwood Trees outside of Witchwood Forests.

Done in #1446, but no release for 1.7.10 has been made since then. This will probably end up being ported to 1.10 at some point, though.
