[1.5.0-17] Massive FPS Loss With Placed Inscription Table

Getting a huge FPS loss when I place the Inscription Table down.

72 FPS down to 8 FPS

This is obviously with the 1.10.2 port but since this went up on Curse officially, I thought I'd post it here as well. Not sure where the bug reports should go.

Also, add mod list as there may be some kind of conflict in play.

Bug reports for the 1.10 version go to Growlith's repo, as you guessed. This repo is basically shut down atm.
