Minetweaker inconsistencies

I found an interesting bug with the minetweaker code. I found the error by doing the following:

1. Start a minecraft world with Ars Magica and minetweaker.
2. Use the ingame command: Mt recipes hand on the seer stone
3. Open a plain text editor and paste from the clipboard.
4. The text that is pasted does not match the recipe in game.

This seems to happen on any recipe that does not make use of the entire 3 x 3 crafting grid.
