[.009] Telekinesis/Attract Scroll Not Functional

Telekinesis: Location of the particles moves, but the items are always pulled towards the caster.

Attract: Location is always fixed (about five or six blocks away), particles do not move.

Both: Particles obscure view, purely a quality of life problem.

EDIT: Tested both with and without Optifine installed (not that I thought that was really the issue :P)

I believe Attract isn't supposed to have scroll functionality, but it looks like telekinesis and attract might have somehow been swapped.

Hm. Attract used to have that functionality as I remember, which is one of the reasons I used it so frequently. Made it easy to move farm animals around back before Appropriation wasn't buggy.

Attract doesn't let you scroll the TK distance, but it does use the TK distance for it's effect - you just have to use a TK spell to change the distance, which is a bit odd.
