Replace reset.css with normalize.css

This will fix a lot of issues like <em> and <strong> not rendering properly in admin/frontend. A lot of popular projects have started using normalize.css like html5boilerplate and twitter's bootstrap. Check incase modifications need to be made to admin/themes after this change.
