[Feature Request] Update Log API

Mainly a personal request but I use GitHub to maintain my own code and I would love to have implement Workshop Codes into my workflow. It could be as simple as a having a single call for posting an update log with optional notes and snippet.

For authentication it could be either post based API keys or an account API key that can only access the user's created codes. I'd probably lean towards account API key personally.
