Draft: Document downstream Fedora package

Posting this early for visibility. I've submitted a Fedora package for downstream review.

Marking draft until git-interactive-rebase-tool is available in Fedora stable releases.

I should have some time this weekend to look at the various pull requests. I agree with, and am aligned on, all the changes

The package has been pushed to Fedora stable releases and should land in the next day or so. I've rebased this PR and done some minor cleanups in install.md. Lifting draft.
