street fighter 3 3rd strike key binding bug

peer 2 has to bind heavy kick to player 2 controls instead of player 1 controls. The rest of the buttons work properly

same bug but new info, if peer one binds player 2 heavy kick, he can cause the second player to use heavy kick at any time.

I have something similar in 'The Karate Tournament', where player 2 has to use actual Player2 Input (R,F,D,G + buttons A,S) to move.

Player 1 can control both players with P1 & P2 Input, but Player 2 can only use use P2 Input.

Still having the same problem with 3rd strike, haven't tried karate tournament
