turbo reketti a500 slow with a peer and solo

It is improved and the logs have shrunk in size. However when connected to a windows user, it runs 100% in game, but still slow when connected to a linux user. Also in solo mode with no peer, its runs slow when ever the system is loading, checked in ume 150, issue not present there

this appears to be related to the issue with asura blade here https://github.com/MisterTea/MAMEHub/issues/177 Jaku says it works fine for both games in lnx 64 but not lnx 32
