Add "Delete nvram Directory" option in the GUI. Nvram sending isn't working. Make directory for Host nvram.

1. Add "Delete nvram Directory" option in the GUI for convenience, so new people can solve desync issues, or save some space.
2. Nvram sending isn't working.
3. Make directory for Host nvram. Add command line option "-nvram_directory ../nvram/User/" when joining a game, to store the host's nvram in a separate directory instead of overwriting.
