Mod can't create config file

What happens:

There is no config file in .minecraft/config folder.

What you expected to happen:

File will create on Minecraft start.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start Minecraft with Fabric API and SBTP
2. Go to .minecraft/config
3. Don't find config file

• ShulkerBoxTooltip: 3.2.4
• Minecraft: 1.19.3
• Fabric Loader: 0.14.14
• Fabric API: 0.73.2
• Other mods (if relevant): tried without other mods

I used this mod before. After some update I decided to update config due to some issues. After deleting config mod can't create it.

Hello, do you have still no file called shulkerboxtooltip.json5 in your config directory? If so, try opening the config menu, change a value, then press 'save'. If no file is created still, something is very wrong.
