test status is opposite to what i'd expect

having the LED turn off if the battery is good, and stay on if it needs charging seems "the wrong way around" to me. Can you swap the "legs" of the voltage divider that this uses, to make the light turn off on test if the battery is low? (or something else with the same effect)
