[Feature request] Enhance current event system

• Fn for removing individual events, not just resetting all or none
• Updating event data (tho this is tricky, if many events have same name)

@trsh I would like to understand your use case for the first bullet point: You want to process individual events and thus require the functionality to delete the processed events, correct?

Lets say there are 5 events. But I can process only 3. So it would be nice, if I could remove only those 3. Something like that. Instead of just leaving all, or removing all. This is especially crucial when there are a lot of evens that are constantly going in, so basically you never reach a point, where you can remove all of them (i.e. some are processed, but there is always a new one that is not). Potentially leading to event overflow.
