4chan: emphasis, rangeban message, user-agent fixes

This should not be merged until this base PR is merged for emphasis and rangeban support:

Additions:

  • Utilises emphasis tag for mod edits ("User was banned for this post", etc.)
  • Show rangeban message instead of generic ban message / stop popping up captcha trying to access ban page on rangeban
  • Add browser user-agent to non-NSFW fix boards as the current request was being filtered on some boards
