"Rectify11 Dark theme with Mica" does not display Dark Theme elements correctly, makes apps pitch black

Description

When "Rectify11 Dark theme with Mica" is enabled, many applications do not inherit the Dark Theme elements correctly, making them pitch black instead of the intended dark grey.

I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, switching between Rectify11 themes in different orders while enabling different options, and using a default Windows 11 dark theme rather than a custom one before enabling Rectify11. None of these have any affect.
