Rectify11 causes the task manager to fail to display content

Description

This problem occurs in the task manager after installing rectify11.

I tried to fix the system by running the following command in powershell:

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth sfc /scannow

after rebooting this problem this issue was fixed but the animation effect of Rectify11 was broken. After I reinstalled Rectify11 again, the problem happened again with the task manager.. So I speculate that maybe rectify11 is breaking some components of the task manager

Steps To Reproduce

1. Install the Rectify11.
2. Open the task manager.The problem appears.
