There is a problem with mica on #63f128c

Description

Normally, I can see the WinRAR UI having Mica texture. But after #63f128c, the background just a pitch black. image Also, the new explorer UI, some elements are not clear, like this image

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Install
  2. Select all: themes, icons, and extras.
  3. Restart
  4. Expected applications to get proper texture effects.
