PowerToys's Text Extractor OCR is not working (black screen)

Description

Whenever I install Rectify11, the Text Extractor from MS PowerToys wont work, leaving me a black screen with its options only above.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Install Rectify11 with all features
  2. Open Text Extractor (WinKey + Shift + T)

image add new rule for this in MicaForEveryone as new process rule and make everything default
