Changing Frequency of PWM Signal

Hi everyone,

I am connected to a motor drive which run in Step mode. I am giving signals to the drive through PWM pin from Teensy , drive also receiving pulse but I need to give at Higher Frequency to run the motor from the drive.

How to change the Frequency of the PWM Signal from the Teensy?? Where to change??

I tried by changing the COMMAND_RATE in firmware.ino but nothing great!!!
