Widener - missing knob and filter when rotating knob past 0

added RJModels via website to Rack 0.6.2c (that could already be the issue) Widener module had a missing width knob (cv in worked). When using filter knob, there is a click that happens when going past the middle point. CV in didn't seem to trigger that.

Windows 8.1 64bit VCV rack release version from the website.

Missing knob should be fixed already, the click is interesting, I wonder how other modules deal with tweening from nothing to a value.
