Cannot download resources and pre-trained models

Hi, First of all, I really appreciate your work. Here I have some issues that I cannot open the link that you are given to download some files like state below. 2. Download all the resources from here and place them in the res/ directory 3. Download the pre-trained models from here and place them in the models/ directory. Do you have any new link to download the files or any replacement to it? Thank you.
