[1.4] Mod Content Compatibility Megathread

This issue lists all problems and nitpicks to how Overhaul (5.0+) affects certain content from other mods.

Mod - Starlight River

Weapon Issues:

• [ ] - Vitric Hamaxe - Right click mechanics are broken.

Mod - Thorium

Weapon Issues:

• [x] - ~~Valadium Slicer - Consumes all mana due to faulty rules in ItemProjectileMeleeManaChanges.~~
• [x] - ~~Valadium Slicer + more - Items with different behaviors on right click functions reset their Overhaul-added sounds. Overhaul's sound swap implementation needs to be made more advanced.~~
• [ ] Hellfire Minigun - Should be getting the minigun item overhaul, but doesn't due to its Sniper Rifle sound.

Mod - Calamity

Weapon Issues:

• [ ] - Galaxia - Broadsword power attacks unnecessary trigger on right clicks (but don't completely break the weapon.)
• [ ] - Plasma Rifle - Original right click functionality is ran correctly on a single click, but charged attacks are triggered if right click is held. Something's wrong about left click usage too, not sure if it's Overhaul.
• [ ] - Biome Blade - Right click attacks get messed up.
• [x] - ~~Auralis - Doesn't zoom on right click.~~
• [ ] - Prismatic Breaker - Right click works if you tap it and breaks if you hold it.
• [ ] - Submarine Shocker - Doesn't properly aim in pointed direction.

Mod - Fargo's Souls

Weapon Issues:

• [ ] - Iron Enchantment - Right click blocks properly but you execute right click swings while using it.
• [ ] - Miss Drakovi's Fishing Pole - Has broken visuals when using certain modes:

The biggest problem i am facing rn is calamity mod with biome blade, I hope the overhaul gets an update soon to fix this please

Calamity:

• Auralis doesn't zoom on right click
• Prismatic Breaker's right click works if you tap it and breaks if you hold it
• Submarine Shocker doesn't properly aim in pointed direction

Fargo's Souls:

• Iron Enchantment (possibly desirable, or not) right click blocks properly but you execute right click swings while using it.
• Miss Drakovi's Fishing Pole has broken visuals when using certain modes:

Not quite an incompatibility but at the same time I think it is. The sword damage buff from player velocity makes Roxcalibur from Calamity extremely OP. It's more of a dash than a sword swing but it still applies the speed bonus, allowing you to one hit bosses with it.

@Someone65 Melee is quite OP even within vanilla content with Overhaul for now, and will receive nerfs in the next non-lettered beta. In addition, however, Calamity may have tons of purposeful buffs I don't know about. I will likely at the very least request a Calamity dev to disable (when Overhaul is present) the size increase that I've seen applied to pretty much every sword,
