[Windows] Opening gosumemory inside miraya

Since miraya and gosumemory are usually opened at the same time, it might be cool to have miraya open up gosumemory as a subprocess.

This might be challenging since gosumemory requires sudo on Linux, but it should be doable with enough time.

Will do only for Windows in milestone 1.2. I will do it it version 1.3 for Linux. Probably will need some external library like PolkitQt-1 or KAuth

Moving the issue back in the todo and removing it from the 1.2 milestone. It requires more work then expected, and v1.2 is already pretty packed of features that I would like users to test more.
