[FEAT]: Display the name of the LLM with timestamp that generated a specific response

What would you like to see?

Beside the generation time and token/s information is would be useful to see which LLM has generated the response on the chat UI. I frequently switch between LLM-s and sometimes I'm wondering which model did I use to generate a specific answer. It would be beneficial to display that information too, like LM Studio does at each chat answer. The timestamp of the generation would also be appreciated beside the above listed information.
