[FEAT]: Add support for SurrealDB

What would you like to see?

SurrealDB can be added as another vector database, but could also be added as the default database for the Anything LLM apps persistance layer and the default vector database all in one. Maybe...

I don't know, I am just a fan of both, so would love to see them combined 😃
