What would you like to see?

I think it is essential to be able to see the various conversations that have taken place on the embed side.

So if a person converses with the chatbot from the iframe of a site, I on the anything panel should be able to see the various messages that occurred in a single conversation.

Now instead, it is only possible to see all the messages exchanged between all the chatbots.

Instead, it would be much better to be able to 'open' that single conversation and see the chatbot and the operator.
