Duplicate reviews appearing in the review feed

Hiya,

I stumbled across a minor bug, I thought I might-as-well share it here.

The first review I received is being duplicated in the review feed. Unity's Dashboard appears to handle it correctly.

And the Store Page seems to not have duplicate reviews too:

This is because it is using the rss feed. If you use the rss feed from the publisher page you will also see duplicate entries

Ah, I checked the RSS feed and this is what I saw:

One for upload and one for the update. It looks like this can be parsed.
