[Proposed enhancement] Number format (thousands separator)

Numbers are formated without a separator between thousands

  • example: 102565.20

I propose a number formatting style with a separator like "," or space as it would increase the readability of bigger numbers. This is especially useful in the revenue section where numbers add up quickly.

  • example: 102,565.20

Also "," might be a good choice, since it is the standard formatting style in GB and US English which makes it very international.
