Project Abstract

The NLend, allows users to access instant liquidity by leveraging their non-fungible assets on NEAR blockchain. NLend users can access funds without impacting their credit scores, with flexible repayment options, as well as instant approval on the collateralized loans. The NFTs used as collateral must be approved by the NLends Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAO). Despite highly volatile market conditions, NLend is an stable, unbiased NFT-backed borrowing protocol that offers fair and accessible finance to the masses.
