Warmup Settings / In Progress Settings

Hi everyone,

Is there already a plugin and/or some way to automatically have settings for Warmup Game State that change once a match changes to In Progress Game State and change back automatically when the server goes back to Warmup Game State and so on? Anyone up for making such a plugin/thing if it's not already been made?

Some settings changes require map_restart, so this would be tricky to implement.
